For the last few months, we’ve gathered in a small space…
A handful of strangers breathing together.

Now, we’re opening the circle a little wider!
Same practice, same intention, more space, a few more humans.

If you’ve been curious but waiting for the right moment, perhaps this is it.

Conscious connected breathwork circle. A fast and powerful breathing practice, which can alter consciousness, perspective and perception, support emotional processing and offer new insight.

Yoga mats and a few pillows available for those who need it. Bring a blanket.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before 6pm so we can start on time.
