Join us on 16 December from 10:00–12:30 at Crème & Croissant Baking School in Observatory for a joyful Christmas workshop led by Chef Serena. French-trained with 5 diplomas, Chef Serena is known for her precision, warmth, and Paris-level standards.
In this hands-on class, you’ll make rich brioche donuts from scratch: mixing, shaping, proofing, frying, and decorating them with vibrant, festive glazes. This is pure creativity and Christmas fun, powered by premium local ingredients and Serena’s signature expertise.
