Creative T — The AI edition
If you’re a woman in the creative industry trying to work out how to grow your business in an AI crazy world; this is the room.
Creative T is a community for women in the creative and adjacent industries. Our first brunch sold out at 26 women and the conversation ran 90 minutes past the timer. This time, we’re going deeper: into AI ethics, practical workflows, and how to actually use this stuff to level up your career and your business, without losing what makes creative human.
WHAT YOU WALK OUT WITH
• Actual workflows and tools you can apply to your business on Monday morning.
• Business tools from Profit for Creatives; including frameworks to help you quote accurately and manage cashflow (the kind of thing freelancers usually pay R2,000+ to get).
• A signed copy of two brand-new release fiction titles, fresh off the press.
• Original art by Feral+Fierce in your goodie bag.
• A few more goodie-bag surprises we’re not spoiling.
• The contact details of a community of women in creative who actually want to know each other. Some of them will hire you. Some of them you’ll hire. Some of them will just keep you sane.
WHAT’S INCLUDED ON THE DAY
• Welcome mimosa on arrival
• A one-course brunch
• Coffee
• A Creative T speed-dating ice-breaker (the version with personality, no LinkedIn pitches)
• The keynote, panel, and Q&A
• Open networking until you have to be somewhere else
• Your goodie bag
WHO IT’S FOR
Designers, copywriters, founders, brand owners, social media managers, strategists, content creators, freelancers, agency women, anyone navigating creative work in 2026 and figuring out how AI fits without breaking what they’ve built.
THE LINEUP
KEYNOTE: Ross Symons (Zen Robot AI school)
A practical session on what you can start doing with AI this week to upgrade your creative business. The Tuesday-afternoon version, not the keynote-stage version. You’ll walk out knowing which tools to try first, which to skip, and how to keep your craft yours while the rest of the industry panics.
PANEL sneak peak: moderated discussion + audience Q&A
• Liesl (Profit for Creatives): finance coach to creative businesses, built her own creative finance app, deep in the AI-as-business-tool trenches.
• Catriona: ex-features editor at Cosmopolitan, ex-Penguin Random House, debut author published by Mirari Press. The publishing-world voice on AI ethics in traditional creative craft.
Chaired by Jessica Wright Botha — author, founder of Silver Hare Creative, and the woman who built this community.
THE INVITE-ONLY THING
Creative T is normally referral-only; fill the form, get on the list, get invited. For this event, the room mostly filled from our sign-up list. The handful of tickets you see here are the few public seats we’ve released. Once they’re gone, the door closes!
Spots are limited. The T is not.
