– Dave Goldberg on keyboards and vocals: Bringing his signature sound to South African stages for over 30 years, having performed with countless artists.

In 1968, Creedence Clearwater Revival exploded onto the scene with their self-titled debut album, unleashing a raw, electrifying sound that cut through the haze of San Francisco’s psychedelic era. Hailing from El Cerrito in the Bay Area, the band carved their own path with gritty guitar riffs and a soul steeped in blues, country, rockabilly, gospel, folk, and R&B. By 1970, CCR was the biggest band on earth, surpassing even The Beatles in popularity.
Creedence had significant popularity in South Africa, with “Proud Mary” reaching number 1 on the charts. Their music remains a staple of classic rock culture globally and maintains a presence on radio and streaming platforms in South Africa.
Audiences are raving about the show:
“Just absolutely incredible. My husband and I are huge CCR fans. If I closed my eyes, that was John Fogerty singing and playing (and we’ve seen him live.) All 4 musicians gave a brilliant performance.”
