everyone and me is a deeply introspective country-folk EP set for release on June 5th, 2026, alongside a special launch event. Rooted in real experiences and emotional honesty, the project captures her journey through womanhood, navigating love, heartbreak, anger, and ultimately, self-love. With warm, organic instrumentation and storytelling at its core, everyone and me marks a sonic shift for Teagan, leaning into a country-folk sound that feels both grounded and intimate.

The EP plays like pages from a diary, unfiltered, reflective, and quietly powerful, inviting listeners into the moments that shaped her.

“This project is me, in every version of myself,” says Teagan. “It’s about the experiences I’ve gone through and what it took to get here, finally, to release an entire body of work.”

The EP is brought to life through a close-knit creative collaboration, with production by Ben Reid, songwriting by Mila Smith, mix and master by Aidin Nortje, and distribution by Paradise Pro.
