About Family Constellations

Structure of the 3-Hour Session:

1. Opening & Group Orientation (30 minutes)
The session begins by establishing safety, presence, and clarity within the group. This includes:
– Grounding and arrival practices
– Explanation of the constellation process and roles
– Group agreements, consent, and confidentiality
– Brief attunement to the client’s intention.

2. Client Constellation Process (2 hours)
The central portion of the session is devoted entirely to client’s constellation. The facilitator works directly with the client to:
– Clarify the presenting issue or question
– Select representatives from the group
– Allow the system to unfold through embodied movement, sensation, and relational positioning
– Introduce minimal, precise interventions to support resolution and integration where possible.

Group participants may be invited to serve as representatives for members of the client’s family system, ancestral forces, symptoms, or abstract elements such as life, death, or belonging. No prior experience is required to act as a representative. Participants are guided to follow bodily sensations rather than interpretation or performance.

3. Integration & Closing (30 minutes)
The session closes with:
– Gentle integration for the client and group
– Releasing representatives from roles
– Grounding the body and nervous system
– Guidance for post-session care and integration
– Closing the group and ancestral field with respect.

Role of Group Participants
While only one client receives a personal constellation, group members often experience:
– Insight into their own family systems
– Emotional or somatic shifts through representation
– A deepened sense of connection and belonging

Participation as a representative or witness is voluntary and respected at all times.

Important Notes:
– The client is not required to share detailed personal history.
– Confidentiality is essential and upheld by all participants.
– This work is experiential and somatic in nature and does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
– Integration continues beyond the session; less is often more after constellation work.

Who This Is For?
This offering is suited for:
– Individuals seeking an in-depth constellation held by a group field
– Those working with ancestral, relational, or systemic themes.
– Clients who benefit from being seen and supported by community while remaining deeply held.
