Ticket: Baguette Masterclass | Farm Cheese Pairing
This hands-on baguette masterclass is focused exclusively on baguette making. We will work on traditional French baguette techniques: dough mixing, fermentation, shaping, scoring, and baking. The recipes will use farm-produced butter from Vergesig Farm (Piketberg), made by Cream of the Crop Butter, to enhance flavour and crumb texture.
To complete the experience, the freshly baked baguettes will be paired and tasted with cheese produced at Vergesig Farm.

– No cheese-making is included
– The farmer and farm animals are not present
– Products from Vergesig Farm / Cream of the Crop Butter are used as ingredients and for tasting only
