Both from Madeiran-descent, Damian Jardim is a private chef whose cooking is rooted in the rich culinary traditions of the island. His approach to seasonality, simplicity, and a deep respect for ingredient-led cooking – creating generous, shared dining experiences that feel both nourishing and full of flavour. Clarice Gomes is a food designer whose work centres on the experience of eating – how people gather, connect, and feel around the table. She’s also the host of 156KLOOF, a venue known for creating a shared space around the table that feels like home.
