In celebration of World Health Day, Blue Route Mall in partnership with Zone Fitness invites you to join an energising Fit Me Zumba event at Blue Route Mall.

The event will feature two sessions (09:30 – 10:30 & 11:00 -12:00) focused on promoting health, wellness, and community spirit. This fun-filled experience will bring together participants of all fitness levels for an uplifting workout led by a qualified instructor.

The sessions aim to encourage an active lifestyle, reduce stress, and highlight the importance of physical and mental well-being. Additionally, this event will serve as a seed of “doing good,” offering participants the opportunity to bring non-perishable food items or toiletries in support of Woodside Clinic, an organisation that provides specialised, full-time care for profoundly intellectually and physically disabled residents. Through this initiative, Blue Route Mall seeks not only to raise awareness but also to invite tangible support for Woodside’s essential work.
