About Flow Lab Friday

Going beyond traditional vinyasa and yoga class formats, Flow Lab curates an environment that feels ‘lab-like’, creating space for curiosity, experimenting, exploration and playfulness. Cultivating a strong sense of attunement, confidence, somatic awareness and embodiment.

60 Minute Yoga Flow: Grounded in the theme “Be where your feet are”, this is what you can expect: a progressive sequence with the space to move, shift and reset after your week.

The flow will be a rhythm-infused flow, allowing music to play the role of anchor. Anchoring you not only in the present moment but in the movement and practice, helping build a synergy in the room. The flow will end with a scented savasana, allowing you to restore, relax and regulate.

Complimentary Post-Yoga Drink: Drinks will be served after the flow giving you the opportunity to connect with others and truly unwind and regulate before moving on with your evening.

Curated for individuals who are looking for: An experience, a moment to discover new sensation, connections and flow.

Meet the curator: Tshiamo Mangwedi is a 500hr certified vinyasa yoga teacher based in Cape Town. She is a young and multifaceted being with a curiosity for continuous learning and sharing knowledge in and with community. She would describe her style of teaching as creative, mindful and influenced by her personal experiences on and off the mat.

She enjoys and is passionate about creating an environment where practitioners can feel confident in their practice and be able to take ownership of their practices and bodies. Creating space for deeper connection and inquiry with self, giving practitioners the opportunity to go beyond the physical practice of yoga.
