
The Friends of Orchestral Music are proud to host the Final Dress Rehearsals (FDR) of the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra Autumn Season. All proceeds collected go directly to the running costs of the orchestra. Please note this rehearsal takes place the night before the concert. There is no rehearsal on the day of the concert.

– Bartók: Viola Concerto
– Mendelssohn: Symphony No. 2, Op. 52, “Lobgesang”

Event Details:
– The rehearsal takes place at the City Hall, Darling Street, Cape Town from 7.30pm to 10pm
– Free parking available on the Grand Parade
– Tickets: R135 adults, R65 students

– No food or drink allowed in the hall
