Healing Sound Journey with Anneke Demnitz

Enjoy an immersive, experiential session using sound, resonance and frequency to promote deep relaxation, relieve stress & tension, facilitate emotional release and spiritual balance. Within this sacred space, we will use sound, breath and your healing intention, to induce alpha, theta and delta brainwave states associated with deep rest and healing.

WHAT TO BRING
Yoga mat, light blanket, favorite pillow, eye bag (optional), water bottle
I can provide a few yoga mats and blankets for those who may not have their own.

ABOUT ANNEKE
Anneke is a sound practitioner, energy healer and breathwork facilitator. She offers sound journeys for individuals & groups, and runs her own healing practice from her home in Lakeside. She works with a variety of sacred healing tools including Tuning forks, Tibetan Bowls, drum, Rain Stick, Chimes and Crystal Bowl.
