Begin your journey into the world of proper espresso with our Barista Crash Course, specifically designed for beginners and home enthusiasts.

This focused show-and-tell session will equip you with fundamental skills in espresso extraction, covering the essential ratios, grinding methods, and tamping techniques – all demonstrated live for you to see. You’ll also learn the basics of milk steaming for creating micro-foam and pouring simple latte art, starting with the heart shape, again through clear demonstrations. We’ll also guide you through straightforward coffee machine maintenance to ensure quality brews. Understand the core principles of consistency, cleanliness, practice, and attention to detail that underpin great coffee making – all showcased practically.

Please note that this course is primarily a demonstration, with a possible time-slot at the end for attendees to briefly put into practice what they have just learnt and seen.
