Start your Friday with Open Practice Yoga Club. Wake up, stretch, breathe, and meditate — and start the day moving together with our community.

Throughout the winter months, we meet every Friday at the Western Province Bridge Centre, Green Point, Cape Town for an open, welcoming yoga practice where everyone is invited, regardless of experience or budget. Our classes are community-supported: 10 spots are always reserved as free tickets for those who aren’t able to contribute, while those who can are welcome to join with a R100 donation. Your contribution helps us cover the venue and keep these practices accessible to everyone.

This class blends:
– Classic Hatha Yoga asana practice to wake up your body (all levels)
– Guided Pranayama (breath work) to calm your senses
– Meditation to clear the mind
