In this Halloween edition, you laminate, fold, and shape your own dramatic croissants from scratch, guided by Chef Serena Obadia in her Cape Town kitchen. Dark glazes, striking colours, and the full professional lamination process — all built by your hands.

You will work through hand shaping, the science of the layers, and a Halloween-specific bake and finish that makes these pieces impossible to ignore. This is not about watching. Every step is yours.
