THAT ’70S BAND – GREATEST HITS

Get ready to step back into the golden age of music as That ’70s Band returns to Kalk Bay Theatre for three shows only.

That ’70s Band – Greatest Hits is a high-energy celebration of the music that defined a generation – from the free-spirited sounds of the Woodstock era, through the swagger of classic ’70s rock, and into the irresistible funk and disco grooves that took over dancefloors around the world.

Expect music made famous by Fleetwood Mac, ABBA, Boney M, The Beatles, Donna Summer, Kool & The Gang, James Brown, The Doors, Chic, Led Zeppelin, The Jackson 5, Janis Joplin, Earth, Wind & Fire, and more.

That ’70s Band will take you on a journey through the sounds, emotions, and energy of the golden era.

Featuring some of Cape Town’s top musicians:

• Lucy Tops – Powerhouse vocalist and performer extraordinaire
• Richard Brokensha – Guitar legend and wild card of the stage
• Steven Dennett – Bass maestro and captain of this funky ship
• Kyle Petersen – Keyboard wizard and master of the ’70s synth
• Ray Morgan – Groove king and court jester on drums

This is less a tribute show and more a journey back into the feeling and energy of the era.

Expect nostalgia, groove, and great memories, as familiar favourites are given fresh life on stage, creating an experience that feels true to the decade while still being unmistakably That ’70s Band.

Whether you come for the guitar solos, the disco grooves, the singalong anthems, or you’re simply looking for an excuse to let loose and get out of your seat and dance, That ’70s Band – Greatest Hits brings it all together for one huge night of ’70s nostalgia and good live music.

Three nights. One legendary soundtrack.
