
Hybridfit is bringing you the movement series. This is an intimate event designed to help you move better and more safely.
The squat is one of the most performed exercises, however not many people receive foundational coaching. So we’re bringing you an opportunity to learn the movement from the ground up.
Here is what you can look forward to:
First, a hands-on coaching clinic: the squat mechanics, how to brace, how to hit depth safely, and the variations. We’ll then practice the movement and you’ll get individual cues and corrections on the floor.
Then we move into a fun and energising community workout.
Whether you’re brand new to squatting or chasing a stronger one, you’ll walk out knowing exactly what to work on.

Tickets are limited to 15 people
What to bring: Water, a sweat towel, comfortable workout clothes and flat-soled shoes. Space is tight, so please leave the big gym bags at home.
