Opera UCT joins forces with the vocal division of Stellenbosch University for their sixth annual collaboration, presenting a sparkling selection of Brahms’ Liebeslieder Waltzes as this year’s theme.

Following the previous successes of Die Winterreise, Le poète disait, Great Lieder Composers and their Operas, Canciones Españolas, and last year’s Celebration of South African Art Song, this year’s Vocal Exchange Concert promises another inspiring evening of shared artistry, fresh perspectives, and exceptional young voices, reflecting both institutions’ commitment to vocal excellence, collaboration, and the continued growth of South Africa’s next generation of singers.
The first 100 UCT students receive free entry (early bird), after which UCT student tickets will cost R50.
