Join Vusi Mahlasela as part of our Summer Outdoor Concert Season!

On January 3rd, Legendary South African guitarist and singer/songwriter – Vusi Mahlasela will be bringing his heart and songs of love, hope and reconciliation to café Roux for the very first time.

In this stripped-down and intimate acoustic performance, Vusi and his protégé Tsholofelo Papa will be performing Vusi’s characteristic and authentic South African hits, and get the crowd dancing with his township jive classics.

**Ticket Options:**
– **Premium seated table tickets**: Closer to the stage, enjoy the full café Roux food & beverage menu.
– **Grass tickets**: Further back in spots comprising 2 to 4 tickets. Bring a blanket or cushions to sit on, and enjoy a smaller menu of pizza, salads, calamari, burgers & select drinks.

**Important Notes:**
– Kids pay full ticket price
– Arrive from 4:30pm, show starts 5:30pm
– Like Kirstenbosch, we go ahead in light rain, so dress accordingly!
– No cooler boxes permitted
– Only very low beach chairs are permitted on the grass
– Parking is very limited at The Farm Village over the high season, so walk/Uber/travel together or use side roads around the Village!

**About Vusi Mahlasela:**
Known simply as ‘The Voice’, Vusi is a South African national treasure and cherished musical and cultural ambassador. He performed at Nelson Mandela’s 1994 inauguration and continues to inspire new generations through his enduring voice and message of hope.

– **Grass Tickets**: Choose your spot and buy 2 to 4 tickets. Each spot has a numbered drinks tray, and waiters will find you easily. Email events@caferoux.co.za if you want to be seated near friends.
