Start your Saturday morning with a little self-love, joy, and movement on Bloubergstrand, right in front of Jerry’s Burger Bar. Come solo, bring your partner, or dance with friends — this Valentine’s Day is all about connection, movement, and feeling good.

Arrive at 7:00am to collect your headphones and enjoy the sunrise by the sea
7:30–8:00am – playful guided movement to gently awaken your body and heart
8:00–8:30am – dance your vibe with 3 energising music channels:
• Organic / Deep / Techno House – soulful, hypnotic, and rhythmic beats to flow and connect with your body
• Upbeat House / Dance – high-energy tracks to lift your mood and move freely
• Familiar Fun Tracks – sing-along favourites to dance your joy into the day
