White House Boarding House (Bishops) will be hosting a social in the form of a disco dance in our quad and dining hall. This gives boys and girls in Grade 8 and Grade 9 (only) from mostly southern suburb schools an opportunity to enjoy each other’s company in a safe and controlled environment.

There are a few measures we put in place to ensure the safety of the pupils:
– The boarding house staff (at least 6 adults) will be present and moving about
– Further security arranged through ADT via the College’s safety and security officer
– Police will be notified and on stand-by
– Bags will be checked for drugs, alcohol, weapons, cigarettes, and e-cigarettes (collected and stored safely)
– Any form of misconduct (including substance use) will not be tolerated and school rules apply

Boys and girls (Gr 8-9) who cannot behave, do not adhere to rules, or arrive under the influence will be asked to leave, and their parents will be notified – we adopt a no-nonsense approach.
