This is a half day retreat for those wanting a morning of relaxation and deeper connection. Take a deep inhale and a soft slow exhale, this breath a doorway into your body, the temple of being. Slow down, feel your body on the earth, the beat of your heart and the rhythm of your breath stepping through the doorway into the vastness within.
Retreat into quiet, into breath, into your temple in a morning of Yin yoga, Conscious Breathwork and Yoga Nidra. Through the quietude of Yin and Yoga Nidra we will root into ease and relaxation, releasing tension, calming the mind, down regulating your nervous system into a space of receptivity where your body remembers the natural rhythm of being, grounding yourself in each breath. In a world of doing, stillness is a remembering what it is to simply be, a union of body, heart and mind.
Breath is fundamental to life. Using the breath as a tool to direct and expand this life force consciously and with intention, deep transformation can occur, a reconnection, a recalibration of the fragmented self. Conscious Breathwork is a profound therapeutic process of re-connection and integration of subconscious and conscious, a pathway to healing and self discovery.

Berry has over 20 years of Reiki and holistic healing experience and is passionate about creating a safe and nurturing space for self discovery and self healing.
Carla has been teaching yoga and somatic for nearly 20 years. She weaves together science and philosophy, energy and anatomy to create a space in which embodied healing can occur. This is a space of integration.
