This is one of the most technically ambitious pastry experiences available to the public in South Africa. Over four consecutive evenings, you prepare, shape, and decorate your own sculpted pistachio, vanilla pod, and mango illusion pastries entirely from scratch, guided by Chef Fabien Huchet in his Cape Town kitchen.

You will learn the praline secret, master mousse and sculpting technique, understand the science of the shell, and decorate your own finished pieces. This is not a demonstration. Every element is built by your hands, at a professional standard.
