Journey into Breath with the New Moon

Join us for journey into the transformational power of the breath at the beautiful Greenhouse at Rocklands Health Centre in Constantia on Monday 15 June. Supported by the energy of the New Moon in Gemini, be guided through a Conscious Breathwork Journey, followed by a gentle and restorative Sound Bowl Bath, held by Olivia Moon.

New Moons provide an opportunity to plant new seeds of intention for the cycle to come. Using the powerful practice of Conscious Circular Breathing, we will journey deep within to clear, cleanse and shift your vibrational frequency, allowing you to align with the truth of who you are. This New Moon in Gemini is a time to plant new seeds of intentions, while encouraging clarity of mind and fresh insights into our dreams and visions. This breathwork journey will provide a space to get crystal clear on what you are calling into your life, while also allowing for the necessary release of what no longer serves you, in order to make space for the new. The session will conclude with a healing Sound Bowl Bath, realigning and restoring harmony and balance within your energy field.

Conscious Breathwork helps us to cultivate a sense of bliss, release any stuck emotions and stories, and invite in lightness of being and powerful insights to carry with you well beyond the event.

A grounding Ayurvedic Moonmilk will be served afterwards.

Please bring:
– A journal and pen
– Something comfortable to lie down on (thin mattress or yoga mat with a thick blanket on top)
– A warm blanket to cover yourself with
– A pillow and an eye mask if you have one

Please don’t eat at least 1.5 hours before. If you arrive early, please wait in your car or explore the grounds until 18:45pm. If you are running late for whatever reason, please Whatsapp me to let me know.
