Ukuzilanda is a 4-part series of re-membering using breath, movement, nature based practices and reflective wisdom-sharing.
Soft Movements of Awakening is the first of these offerings. Rooted in ancient wisdom, this is a space and time for women to come together in community, connect with breath and body, move in ways that feel good, connect with themselves and with each other, and to rest.
Esethu is a certified 500-hour yoga teacher, trauma-informed space holder, and nature-based wholeness guide dedicated to making wellbeing accessible to all. Her work bridges movement and the wisdom of nature – inviting people to remember their innate connection with the Earth and with themselves. Through her offerings in community spaces and at wellness festivals, Esethu creates inclusive environments rooted in safety, authenticity, and embodied awareness. She is gifted in holding space for ceremony and ritual, weaving together ancient wisdom and contemporary practice to support transformation, healing, and belonging.
