In this Halloween edition, you bake, pipe, and decorate your own bento cake entirely from scratch, guided by Chef Fabien Huchet in his Cape Town kitchen. You will learn the icing technique, master hands-on decoration, understand the science of the buttercream, and bake your sponge cake to a professional standard. This is not a demonstration. Every layer, every pipe, every decoration is yours.
