Summer’s Set Road – A Heritage Walking Tour through De Waterkant + Green Point

A groundbreaking guided walk tracing the remnants of the oldest ‘common’ in South African history.

The tour starts from the old border of Kaapstad by the Buitengracht, following the Pink Line through old District One.

It continues down to Somerset Road and the remains of the earliest docklands, passing through the Victorian Green Point village. The walk concludes at the modern Urban Park, finishing by the Green Point Lighthouse.
