March invites us to explore YIN & YANG: the balance between effort and ease, energy and softness, play and presence.

Come ready to move, to breathe, to let go, and to meet yourself (and others) somewhere in between.

We’re bringing back dressing up for our monthly Best Dressed competition. Each session, our facilitators will select the Top 3 looks, and the final winner will be chosen by the community. Expect prizes (worth R 1,200) from feel-good brands Happy Culture and Wazoogles, with each session offering a fresh chance to take the crown.

WHAT TO EXPECT
New to Secret Sunrise? You’re in for something special.
You’ll be fitted with wireless headphones and guided through a carefully curated journey of:

– Breathwork & grounding
– Play, connection & light-hearted mischief
– A gentle moment of stillness to close

WHERE: Camps Bay Beach (on the right side of Camps Bay Beach, next to Glen Beach)

For the past 10 years this inspired organisation has taken the headsets and the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools – to bring much needed emotional and mental wellness to youth and children.
