Friday 17th July
Late Afternoon arrival followed by Sundowners on the roof terrace and a Braai Masterclass with Ultimate BraaiMaster Judge Pete Goffe-Wood.

Saturday 18th
Early breakfast followed by an excursion to the Oranjezicht Farmers Market for ingredients. Then back to Villa Livadia for a full day of exciting, interactive hands-on cooking under Pete’s experienced tutelage, where you’ll prepare an exquisite Harvest Table that will be the envy of all and sundry. You’ll be cooking with only the best seasonal & sustainable ingredients, learning how to create your own sourdough starter among other professional secrets.

Sunday 19th
Start the day with a brisk stroll on Hout Bay beach followed by a Brunch Masterclass before departure.
