6 years ago Raunchy Renditions was founded in Cape Town by Sophie Joans, Syd Sommar and Kelly Smith. Inspired by events like The Moth and Bawdy Stories, Raunchy is a sex-positive space for people to tell true sex stories from their own lives.

Since starting in 2019, we’ve hosted sold out shows across South Africa, from Durban to Joburg, Cape Town to Makhanda.
