Good day dear poets
Let us come together in celebration of spoken word as we usher in the energy of this Chinese New Year and all the vibrant, vitality and verve it has to offer us — as my Costar said this morning, “Your body is a flame” — let’s bring the heat!

I am pleased to announce that we will be opening the evening with a guest performance by the talented mister Donny Truter.

Important information:
– The venue is located on the 2nd floor of 61 Loop Street (next door to Talking to Strangers).
– For newcomers who wish to perform: There is a sign-up sheet upon arrival at the venue. We only allow for 20 poets per event so please arrive early (around 7PM) if you want to get your name on the list.
