PARIS. NEW YORK. CAPE TOWN. ONE NIGHT ONLY.
For one special evening, Crème & Croissant welcomes Davis Félicité for an international pastry collab full of colour, creativity, and French nostalgia.
Davis is a queer French chef working between Paris and New York, known for his bold artistic direction, vibrant universe, and playful approach to pastry. He previously had his own shop in Montmartre, one of the most iconic areas of Paris, and now focuses on exclusive events and classes around the world.
This June, he lands in Cape Town.
For this special collab, Davis will teach his famous Guimauve Nounours — soft French marshmallow teddy bears, reimagined with local South African ingredients.
Expect colour, personality, technique, creativity, and a pastry experience with a chef who does not fit into any box.
